Proposal Description

I would like to add FLDT to Lenfi as a collateral and borrowable asset.

Short Summary

As of 05.02.2024, FLDT is one of the tokens with the deepest liquidity on Minswap. The utility token will enable Lenfi users to take advantage of the numerous benefits of using FluidTokens.

FluidTokens is one of the pioneers of Cardano DeFi with a long-term vision of making the project cross-chain. The released features include p2p lending, pooled lending, renting, Boosted Stake, Buy Now Pay Later and others. Their long-awaited token release will serve as the central tool for interacting with the FluidTokens ecosystem.

  1. Explain the positioning of the token in the Cardano ecosystem. How will it benefit the protocol?

  • Users will be able to supply and borrow FLDT on Lenfi V2
  • The FluidTokens DAO will be able to open their own pools and provide liquidity
  • Suppliers will be able to earn interest on their FLDT without selling their tokens
  • Borrowers will be able to take advantage of different strategies involving FluidTokens

  1. What’s the asset’s utility?

  • Reduced dApp fees - Tiered fees
  • FLDT Oracles - liquidity providers can earn FLDT
  • Feeless transactions - Aquarium will allow users to pay for all transactions using FLDT instead of ADA

Conclusion

Adding FLDT to Lenfi will be a cool thing to do because I think Raulito is an awesome guy.
